Service Description

PERFECT DERMA™ PEEL PATIENT PRE-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT The Perfect Derma™ Peel is a professional chemical peel designed to improve the appearance of skin tone, pigmentation, texture, acne, fine lines, and overall skin quality. Proper preparation helps minimize unnecessary irritation and allows your provider to determine whether your skin is ready for treatment. Please follow these instructions carefully and contact us before your appointment if you have questions or develop any new skin irritation or medical concerns. 7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR PEEL STOP OR AVOID EXFOLIATING/IRRITATING PRODUCTS Unless your provider specifically instructs you otherwise, avoid: Retinol/retinoids Tretinoin Glycolic acid Lactic acid Salicylic acid AHA/BHA/PHA products Exfoliating masks Facial scrubs Cleansing brushes At-home chemical peels Strong acne treatments Other irritating or resurfacing skincare products Do not stop a prescription medication without first discussing it with your prescribing healthcare professional or treating provider. AVOID SKIN-ALTERING PROCEDURES Do not schedule the following in the treatment area unless your provider has specifically cleared them: Dermaplaning Waxing Threading Microdermabrasion Microneedling Laser treatments Other chemical peels Aggressive facials Plasma/resurfacing treatments Other procedures that may irritate or compromise your skin barrier PROTECT AND HYDRATE YOUR SKIN Use a gentle cleanser. Use a gentle, non-irritating moisturizer. Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30–50+ every day. Avoid intentional tanning. Do not use tanning beds. Limit prolonged sun exposure. Do not pick, squeeze, or manipulate acne or skin lesions. Keep your skin adequately moisturized and hydrated. 48–72 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Continue avoiding anything that can irritate or compromise your skin. DO NOT: Wax the treatment area Dermaplane Use aggressive facial scrubs Use exfoliating acids Use an at-home chemical peel Have an aggressive facial Tan or use a tanning bed Pick or squeeze acne/lesions Use irritating skincare products CONTACT YOUR PROVIDER BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU DEVELOP: A cold sore or fever blister An active acne flare Rash Significant redness or irritation Sunburn Open or broken skin Signs of infection Significant dryness or peeling Unusual skin sensitivity A new medication A new medical condition or health concern Your appointment may need to be postponed if your skin is not adequately healed


Cancellation Policy

VIRTUAL ASSESSMENT Prior to any Aesthetic Services  A good faith exam is a medical evaluation that a licensed healthcare provider performs to determine if a procedure or treatment is appropriate for a patient. It's also known as a pre-authorization exam, clearance exam, initial exam, or physical exam. Our NP will go over medical history, allergies, any previous services. She will go over how procedure is done step by step.  She will go over any side effects and aftercare instructions. We want you to ensure that you are educated thoroughly prior to your service. You will receive a link via text, for your Virtual Assessment to be completed with one of our Highly Trained NP Jenna prior to your appointment. We typically aim to get it completed 24hours prior to your appointment. Virtual Assessment/ GFE is needed prior to service. Please log-in at least 10 minutes early and make sure you have access to good internet. If you are having problems with the link, please reach out to our Spa Assistant Christine 330-906-9763.  ​​​If you miss you GFE with our NP there will be a 30$ rebooking. We personally reach out to you to ensure that we have the perfect time selected by YOU.​ ​​FIRST TIME CLIENTS Effective July 2, 2025 all first time clients are REQUIRED TO DO  A TWO WEEK FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT. CONSENT FORMS ​All services performed by Registered Nurse, REQUIRE you to fill out consent forms and questionnaires, they will be sent to your email from Aesthetic Records. All consent forms MUST be completed prior to appointments. If you have question, please contact Christine our Spa. ​ Please have your forms filled out prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to fill out forms prior to your scheduled appointment please arrive 15 minutes early. If forms are not filled prior and you do not arrive to the office 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a fee of $50 will apply. ​
