Service Description
Chemical Peel: A chemical peel uses a chemical solution to remove layers of skin, revealing the more youthful skin underneath. Chemical peels can reduce or improve fine lines and wrinkles, acne, scars, uneven skin coloring and other skin imperfections. We use The Perfect Derma Peel One week before your wedding is an ideal time to receive your final facial. The last treatment should focus on keeping the skin hydrated and healthy and avoid any kind of extractions or peels that might possibly leave the skin red or irritated. Lash Extensions: Lash Extensions are single strands of synthetic eyelashes that are curved to replicate a natural eyelash. They are applied to each individual natural eyelash one by one for a natural, beautiful and luscious look. Eyelash Extensions are perfect for special occasions or for day to day wear. Package Includes Classic or Hybrid Set 40$ up-charge for Volume Teeth Whitening: as any process that will make teeth appear whiter, using one of two ways. A product can bleach the tooth, therefore changing the natural tooth color. A bleach contains peroxide that helps remove deep and surface stains. Brow Tint with Wax: Waxing gives the brow a pleasing shape which can make your eyes appear brighter, more vibrant and give your face a more lifted look overall. Tinting adds custom-blended color to lashes and brows for eye-catching glamour or to create a more unified look for those whose hair and brow colors may differ slightly. If you need to cancel, please cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel after the 24 hours period or do a no show you will be charged a 50$ fee, that must be paid prior to rebooking again along with the deposit. Thank you! Look forward to seeing you. We will give each client a 10 min grace period after that you will be changed an additional 20$. After you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

VIRTUAL ASSESSMENT Prior to any Aesthetic Services A good faith exam is a medical evaluation that a licensed healthcare provider performs to determine if a procedure or treatment is appropriate for a patient. It's also known as a pre-authorization exam, clearance exam, initial exam, or physical exam. Our NP will go over medical history, allergies, any previous services. She will go over how procedure is done step by step. She will go over any side effects and aftercare instructions. We want you to ensure that you are educated thoroughly prior to your service. You will receive a link via text, for your Virtual Assessment to be completed with one of our Highly Trained NP Jenna prior to your appointment. We typically aim to get it completed 24hours prior to your appointment. Virtual Assessment/ GFE is needed prior to service. Please log-in at least 10 minutes early and make sure you have access to good internet. If you are having problems with the link, please reach out to our Spa Assistant Christine 330-906-9763. If you miss you GFE with our NP there will be a 30$ rebooking. We personally reach out to you to ensure that we have the perfect time selected by YOU. FIRST TIME CLIENTS Effective July 2, 2025 all first time clients are REQUIRED TO DO A TWO WEEK FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT. CONSENT FORMS All services performed by Registered Nurse, REQUIRE you to fill out consent forms and questionnaires, they will be sent to your email from Aesthetic Records. All consent forms MUST be completed prior to appointments. If you have question, please contact Christine our Spa. Please have your forms filled out prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to fill out forms prior to your scheduled appointment please arrive 15 minutes early. If forms are not filled prior and you do not arrive to the office 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a fee of $50 will apply.
