Service Description
PCDC injections, also known as PCDC lipolysis, are a cosmetic procedure that uses injections of a solution containing phosphatidylcholine and deoxycholate to reduce localized fat deposits. The solution is injected into targeted areas, causing fat cells to break down and be naturally eliminated by the body. This non-surgical treatment is often used to address stubborn fat pockets and improve body contours. Key aspects of PCDC injections: Fat Reduction: PCDC injections work by dissolving fat cells in the treated area. Non-Surgical: This is a non-surgical alternative to liposuction for localized fat reduction. Targeted Areas: PCDC injections are commonly used to treat areas like the abdomen, thighs, and under the chin. FDA Status: While PCDC is a combination of ingredients used in some fat-dissolving injections Kybella: The only FDA-approved fat-dissolving injectable is Kybella, which contains deoxycholic acid. Potential Side Effects: Common side effects include swelling, bruising, and soreness at the injection site. Results: Results are not immediate and typically become noticeable within a few weeks as the body naturally processes the dissolved fat. Multiple Sessions: Multiple treatment sessions maybe needed, depending on area; spaced 4-6weeks apart, are usually needed to achieve the desired results, according to one source. Consultation: In-person consultation is REQUIRED. Med must be ordered at time of booking. Healing: Varies per client, typically 1-2 weeks What not to do after PCDC/ Kybella. Avoid hot baths or showers for at least 48 hours. Drink 1 gallon of water the day of your treatment and at least 80 ounces of water (10 glasses) a day during the healing process. No vigorous exercise for 48 hours. Continue to use your Arnica cream 3-4 times a day for the next 2-3 days

VIRTUAL ASSESSMENT Prior to any Aesthetic Services A good faith exam is a medical evaluation that a licensed healthcare provider performs to determine if a procedure or treatment is appropriate for a patient. It's also known as a pre-authorization exam, clearance exam, initial exam, or physical exam. Our NP will go over medical history, allergies, any previous services. She will go over how procedure is done step by step. She will go over any side effects and aftercare instructions. We want you to ensure that you are educated thoroughly prior to your service. You will receive a link via text, for your Virtual Assessment to be completed with one of our Highly Trained NP Jenna prior to your appointment. We typically aim to get it completed 24hours prior to your appointment. Virtual Assessment/ GFE is needed prior to service. Please log-in at least 10 minutes early and make sure you have access to good internet. If you are having problems with the link, please reach out to our Spa Assistant Christine 330-906-9763. If you miss you GFE with our NP there will be a 30$ rebooking. We personally reach out to you to ensure that we have the perfect time selected by YOU. FIRST TIME CLIENTS Effective July 2, 2025 all first time clients are REQUIRED TO DO A TWO WEEK FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT. CONSENT FORMS All services performed by Registered Nurse, REQUIRE you to fill out consent forms and questionnaires, they will be sent to your email from Aesthetic Records. All consent forms MUST be completed prior to appointments. If you have question, please contact Christine our Spa. Please have your forms filled out prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to fill out forms prior to your scheduled appointment please arrive 15 minutes early. If forms are not filled prior and you do not arrive to the office 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a fee of $50 will apply.
