Service Description
How it works: Sculptra® Aesthetic works by stimulating collagen production. Sculptra yields a very natural result as it is working on our own collagen to restore volume loss that has taken place over time. The Sculptra Facial/Booty enhancement is a nonsurgical procedure that provides the subtle volumization needed without surgery or downtime. If hip dips or volume loss in the buttocks is a concern, Sculptra can provide a safe, non-surgical way to emphasize the backside by stimulating collagen in the area, adding volume, and strengthening the skin. Results are not immediate, they are built over time. One treatment averages 8-10 vials. Typically 1-3 treatments are needed initially, then annual maintenance treatments are recommended. Results last 2-3 years. Sculptra is injected into the front & back of thighs and buttocks dimples to combat cellulite. Cellulite increases as we age because our skin thins creating more noticeable depressions between the fibrous connective cords that tether the skin. When injected into the dimples and depressions in the skin, Sculptra can be used as a collagen builder to help strengthen the skin, leaving behind smooth and hydrated skin. How much boost you want will dictate how much filler needs to be used. If you’re after a more subtle difference, you may be able to get away with ten vials or so; a substantial increase in size usually requires upward 20 vial Contraindications: Sculptra/Radiesse: is contraindicated in patients who are pregnant or lactating (nursing), patients who are allergic to lidocaine, or patients with multiple allergies or high sensitivity to medications. Sculptra is also contraindicated in patients with an acute illness, cold, or virus with or without fevers. If you are ill, please reschedule your appointment after your symptoms have completely resolved. Patients with autoimmune disorders should consult with their physician before proceeding with treatment. Will not perform on any previous BBL Fillers if not familiar with Spa; due to safety and interaction issues.

VIRTUAL ASSESSMENT Prior to any Aesthetic Services A good faith exam is a medical evaluation that a licensed healthcare provider performs to determine if a procedure or treatment is appropriate for a patient. It's also known as a pre-authorization exam, clearance exam, initial exam, or physical exam. Our NP will go over medical history, allergies, any previous services. She will go over how procedure is done step by step. She will go over any side effects and aftercare instructions. We want you to ensure that you are educated thoroughly prior to your service. You will receive a link via text, for your Virtual Assessment to be completed with one of our Highly Trained NP Jenna prior to your appointment. We typically aim to get it completed 24hours prior to your appointment. Virtual Assessment/ GFE is needed prior to service. Please log-in at least 10 minutes early and make sure you have access to good internet. If you are having problems with the link, please reach out to our Spa Assistant Christine 330-906-9763. If you miss you GFE with our NP there will be a 30$ rebooking. We personally reach out to you to ensure that we have the perfect time selected by YOU. FIRST TIME CLIENTS Effective July 2, 2025 all first time clients are REQUIRED TO DO A TWO WEEK FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT. CONSENT FORMS All services performed by Registered Nurse, REQUIRE you to fill out consent forms and questionnaires, they will be sent to your email from Aesthetic Records. All consent forms MUST be completed prior to appointments. If you have question, please contact Christine our Spa. Please have your forms filled out prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to fill out forms prior to your scheduled appointment please arrive 15 minutes early. If forms are not filled prior and you do not arrive to the office 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a fee of $50 will apply.
