Service Description
You dont have to travel alone for your surgery. I am here to be your personal assistant and help you after surgery. We will change your bandages, do your post op massages, cook your meals, run errands for you or with you. We will do post-op assessments, ensure your vital signs are stable, as well as your labs. We make sure you take your pain meds on time, and help assist with dressing. Pre-op & Post-op care. We offer a range of services that can prepare you for surgery or help you to recover. We can assist with medical clearance, pre-op lab values, and education. we also provide after care, concierge services, lymphatic massage, suture removal, and wound care and IV hydration. All packages include weekly IV drips and 4 B12 injections and massages 1:1 Nursing care from NP, RN, LPN, MA or STNA Medication reminders Light meal preparation Light housekeeping to prevent infection Communication with healthcare providers Post Op massages Seroma Drainages Providing patient education 24 hour direct contact with family Vitals every 2-4 hours Wound care Vitals / Assessment Hemoglobin checks Monitoring intake and output Close monitoring (for signs of infections or complications Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily living) Prescription pickup Grocery shopping Running daily errands Transport from surgery Transport to and from Post op appointments IV Hydration /Iron Infusions Drains/Suture/Staple Removal Allow us to help you achieve your cosmetic and beauty goals in a safe and effective way. We also do out of state travel packages start off at 800.00$ Pricing if we are lodging with you. $1500 This package includes my flights, post op massages and assisting you. You will be responsible for buying the meals for me to cook for you. Pricing is for a 4 day stay. Transportation & supplies included Priving if we have to provide our own lodging. $2000 This package includes my flights, hotel, your post op massages, cooking your meals and assisting you. Cancellation Policy
VIRTUAL ASSESSMENT Prior to any Aesthetic Services A good faith exam is a medical evaluation that a licensed healthcare provider performs to determine if a procedure or treatment is appropriate for a patient. It's also known as a pre-authorization exam, clearance exam, initial exam, or physical exam. Our NP will go over medical history, allergies, any previous services. She will go over how procedure is done step by step. She will go over any side effects and aftercare instructions. We want you to ensure that you are educated thoroughly prior to your service. You will receive a link via text, for your Virtual Assessment to be completed with one of our Highly Trained NP Jenna prior to your appointment. We typically aim to get it completed 24hours prior to your appointment. Virtual Assessment/ GFE is needed prior to service. Please log-in at least 10 minutes early and make sure you have access to good internet. If you are having problems with the link, please reach out to our Spa Assistant Christine 330-906-9763. If you miss you GFE with our NP there will be a 30$ rebooking. We personally reach out to you to ensure that we have the perfect time selected by YOU. FIRST TIME CLIENTS Effective July 2, 2025 all first time clients are REQUIRED TO DO A TWO WEEK FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT. CONSENT FORMS All services performed by Registered Nurse, REQUIRE you to fill out consent forms and questionnaires, they will be sent to your email from Aesthetic Records. All consent forms MUST be completed prior to appointments. If you have question, please contact Christine our Spa. Please have your forms filled out prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to fill out forms prior to your scheduled appointment please arrive 15 minutes early. If forms are not filled prior and you do not arrive to the office 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a fee of $50 will apply.
