Service Description

Following a surgical procedure a nurse will see you weekly for a check up to ensure that you are progressing well and that any surgical wounds are healing as they should. This also gives you the opportunity to raise any concerns or queries you may have regarding your recovery. We monitor the Five P's The P's refer to pain, pallor, pulse, paresthesia, and paralysis. We will send on of our Registered Nurses to Provide Wellness Checks that include: Drawing Hemoglobin and getting Vital All packages include weekly IV drips and 4 B12 injections for an UP-charge If you need to cancel please cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel after the 24 hours period or do a no show you will be charged a 50$ fee, that must be paid prior to rebooking again along with the deposit. Thank you! Look forward to seeing you.😘 All services can be done in your home for a 75$ home travel fee. Must be paid with deposit. We will give each client a 15 min grace period after that you will be changed an additional 20$. After 30 minutes you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. NO REFUNDS!!!!!
