Service Description
PRF EZ GEL UNDER-EYE SERVICE PRF EZ Gel Under-Eye is a regenerative aesthetic treatment that uses a patient’s own blood to create a platelet-rich fibrin gel that is placed in the under-eye area. The goal is to improve the quality and appearance of the skin rather than simply adding synthetic volume. What It Can Help With PRF EZ Gel may be considered for patients with: Fine lines and wrinkles Crepey or thin-looking under-eye skin Mild under-eye hollowness Tired-looking eyes Reduced skin elasticity Dull or poor-quality skin How the Service Works Consultation & Assessment The provider evaluates the under-eye anatomy, skin quality, hollowness, pigmentation, edema, and previous treatments. Blood Draw A small amount of the patient's own blood is collected. Processing The blood is processed using a centrifuge to separate and prepare the platelet/fibrin component. EZ Gel Preparation The PRF is processed into a gel-like consistency suitable for the intended treatment. Under-Eye Treatment The prepared PRF EZ Gel is carefully placed in the treatment area according to the provider's clinical assessment and technique. Post-Treatment Care The patient receives instructions regarding swelling, bruising, activity, skincare, and when to contact the office with concerns. PRF EZ Gel vs. Under-Eye Filler PRF EZ Gel: Uses the patient's own blood and is primarily intended to support skin quality and gradual regenerative improvement. HA Under-Eye Filler: Uses hyaluronic acid to provide more immediate structural volume for appropriately selected patients. PRF EZ Gel may be an attractive option for patients who want a more natural, gradual improvement in the appearance and quality of the under-eye area. Important: PRF EZ Gel is not a replacement for every type of under-eye treatment. Dark circles can result from pigmentation, vascularity, shadows, hollowing, edema, or anatomy, so the patient should be assessed to determine the underlying concern before treatment.

VIRTUAL ASSESSMENT Prior to any Aesthetic Services A good faith exam is a medical evaluation that a licensed healthcare provider performs to determine if a procedure or treatment is appropriate for a patient. It's also known as a pre-authorization exam, clearance exam, initial exam, or physical exam. Our NP will go over medical history, allergies, any previous services. She will go over how procedure is done step by step. She will go over any side effects and aftercare instructions. We want you to ensure that you are educated thoroughly prior to your service. You will receive a link via text, for your Virtual Assessment to be completed with one of our Highly Trained NP Jenna prior to your appointment. We typically aim to get it completed 24hours prior to your appointment. Virtual Assessment/ GFE is needed prior to service. Please log-in at least 10 minutes early and make sure you have access to good internet. If you are having problems with the link, please reach out to our Spa Assistant Christine 330-906-9763. If you miss you GFE with our NP there will be a 30$ rebooking. We personally reach out to you to ensure that we have the perfect time selected by YOU. FIRST TIME CLIENTS Effective July 2, 2025 all first time clients are REQUIRED TO DO A TWO WEEK FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT. CONSENT FORMS All services performed by Registered Nurse, REQUIRE you to fill out consent forms and questionnaires, they will be sent to your email from Aesthetic Records. All consent forms MUST be completed prior to appointments. If you have question, please contact Christine our Spa. Please have your forms filled out prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to fill out forms prior to your scheduled appointment please arrive 15 minutes early. If forms are not filled prior and you do not arrive to the office 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a fee of $50 will apply.
